Find a comfy place to rest, wrapped in blankets.
This event is created to enable you to go deeper, to not only rest the physical body and mind, but the true depths of your spirit. This event incorporates a releasing yin yoga practice, that incorporates a magical crystal sound journey.
Followed by the supportive sounds of the bowls and gongs will leave you feeling more aligned, rejuvenated and connected.
Finally finished off with a delicious vegan meal and drinks, to signify our community coming together to share and celebrate.
