TRANSITIONS | WOMENS AUTUMN DAY RETREAT

These retreats hold a special place in my heart. The quiet, calm, peaceful faces of the women who leave the space make it all worthwhile. I guide from a place of compassion, drawing on mindfulness practices such as RAIN. Having come from a dance background, movement and breath are the foundations of the practice. Eastern philosophy is threaded through each retreat, drawing on special themes, and intentions to help transform, grow and learn.

I try to draw all my offerings together, I use aromatherapy during the day, and I make nutritious food that is shared with love. Journalling and manifestation tools, add an extra level of self-reflection to the day's evolution.

Yoga is always accessible, yet still harnesses the traditional teachings to help support everybody in the room.

Finally, after a day or afternoon of coming back to your body and resetting the nervous system. A soundbath helps everyone drop in even deeper. Josephine has been a sound healer for over 3 years, and a singer/vocalist for over 20 years. She will immerse you in a vibrational and energy experience like no other.
