Hello Community, Josephibe here... I'd love to hear about what you're all up to this month.
I finally returned back to dance class and yoga since my toe has healed well enough. The lack of being able to move in a way I needed to had quite the impact! Plus a rather emotional full moon(anyone else!??).
I know I need to do a bit more resting and re-setting my nervous system, I'm finding outside 'city' noises hard going... so yin yoga, yoga Nidra and soundbaths. I do some online sessions when I can't make it to class...

I'm also on the hunt for a new book, the older I get the more I'm drawn towards reading, it serves me in so many ways.
Anyway, that's me this week!
