Service Description

St Bartholomew’s Church, Mount Ln, Chichester PO19 3DQ 1-3.30PM This a beautiful space, but old, the heating will be on, but I strongly suggest bringing: A yoga mat A blanket or duvet/sleeping bag to lie on/in A pillow 2 Blankets to lie under An Eye mask/scarf or eye bag When you come to a soundbath, your body will get heavier, and it’s important you are fully supported and warm to gain the most from the experience. Please enter through the side porch of the building, where Josephine will greet you and sign you in. There are many car parks in Chichester. Orchard Street and County Hall are the nearest to the venue. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, I can’t let late arrivals in due to the nature of the event. Doors Open 15 minutes Prior to start time. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Each note you hear in a sound bath has a purpose. It’s more than just a string of beautiful sounds tied together — there is intention behind every note and every sequence. These specially tuned frequencies of sound help to bring you into a very deep state of rest and self-healing. Each bowl is tuned to a different chakra, or energy centre. When these bowls resonate with your chakras, they cleanse, they clear, they open you up, and they move energy through your body and bring you into a state of vibrational harmony. This is a time when you can return to a place of feeling deeply connected and calm. You can let go and just be.
