This New year, Echo is bringing something special to Worthing.

 

A monthly yoga workshop, with meditation, yoga, soundbath and aromatherapy.

 

Josephine will guide you with breathwork, meditation, a flowing hatha-inspired yoga practice, then ease gentle into a deeply restful state, using yin yoga, nidra and sound.​

​

These evening workshops are like no other, you will leave floating on air. 

​

WE COME TOGETHER EVERY MONTH​

Worthing High School Drama Room,

Josephine creates a safe environment to reconnect with your body, drawing on breath, mindfulness, and somatic movement to leave you feeling wonderful. 

​

Josephine teaches from a place of compassion, care, and attention. She believes Yoga is a valuable tool, using the wisdom of the East to calm the maddening nature of the West. It is a brilliant way to access better health, and well-being, and encourages a more mindful way of life.

​​

In a safe, protected space, she will guide you through the practice with added attention to the breath, alignment and inner voice. Yoga classes in Worthing are very much a journey and Josephine can guarantee she will guide you along the way.

​

​Followed by a deeply healing soundbath, Josephine uses her 30+ years of musical experience, plus her healing ability to guide you through the most magical, restful and transformative soundbath. Held in a warm, quiet and safe space you will leave floating on air.

PURPOSE: Using specific points of attention, the courses are designed to create space for reflection.​

Josephine is one of the best yoga teachers, Josephine’s classes are special because she is a real teacher (as opposed an instructor).  Not only is she notably clear in the physical details she outlines and demonstrates (in ways that speak to people’s different levels of yoga experience) but she also draws attention to yoga’s inner awareness, opening up something of yoga’s deeper, spiritual sensitivities. This is special.
