blending yoga and sound together to leave you feeling wonderful.

I attended the most amazing Yoga, Sea & Sound event held by Echo Yoga at the Atrium, Worthing Pavillion Theatre. This was my first session ran by Echo Yoga and oh my, what a session it was! During the sound bath there was a moment in time where I melted right into the Earth. I cannot wait to experience more sessions! Thank you for making it such a comfortable and safe space!
