Josephine creates a safe environment to reconnect with your body, drawing on breath, mindfulness, and somatic movement to leave you feeling wonderful. 

Josephine teaches from a place of compassion, care, and attention. She believes Yoga is a valuable tool, using the wisdom of the East to calm the maddening nature of the West. It is a brilliant way to access better health, and well-being, and encourages a more mindful way of life.

In a safe, protected space, she will guide you through the practice with added attention to the breath, alignment and inner voice.

Yoga classes in Worthing is very much a journey and Josephine can guarantee her classes can help guide you along the way.

We come together to flow, every Tuesday at

6.30-7.30pm

£12 per session. We suggest you bring your own mat and props.

Class are held at the wonderful Worthing High, in their spacious, quiet and private Drama studio. The studio is large and has plenty of space for you to feel free and able to move with ease. 

Parking is free and onsite, the space is accessible, with easy access to facilities.

WHAT DO I NEED?

A Yoga Mat and any props that feel helpful, 2 blocks, a cushion, blanket can be helpful.
