Echo

Take a little bit of Echo home with you.

Aromatherapy can be a fantastic way to help us unwind, become present and de-stress.

Sage Smudge sticks, from the Greek countryside can clear space, heal and cleanse you and your home.

After the oils are lovingly hand-blended, poured and sealed...

They are bowl-blessed by Josephine

Using Tibetan and crystal bowls, she uses the power of frequency to take aromatherapy and smudge sticks to a whole new level.

Gift yourself or someone you love an exceptional product, to help you de-stress, be present and soothed.

I have used essential oils as part of my practice for over 10 years, having discovered I was an HSP, smells and sounds impact my wellbeing. This can be positive and negative. Strong smells can send my spinning, equally, aromatherapy can bring me straight back to a place of ease with a few deep breaths. I wanted to help my clients in the same way.

I started blending my own oils through reading and instinct, and incorporating them into yoga classes and Soundbaths. It's a wonderful way to feel calm almost immediately.

Aside from having pleasant aromas to enjoy, the inhalation of essential oils is a practice used by many for the physical and psychological benefits that essential oils can provide when they interact with interconnected systems in the body.

In short—essential oils are thought to have therapeutic effects by stimulating the olfactory system, which is connected to the limbic system in the brain—the part of the brain which controls functions such as breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, memory, stress levels and hormone balance.
