BOOKING POLICIES

Ticketed Event Booking Policy

(Soundbaths, Retreats, Mini Retreats, Reset Sessions, Yoga Events, Yoga Courses)

1. Booking and Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets for Any Echo Yoga And Sound Event, Retreat, Class, Course, Healing are available for purchase via the website.

  • All tickets must be booked and paid for in advance to guarantee entry to the event.

  • You will receive an email with your ticket(s) upon successful booking. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If this doesn’t arrive within 24 hours you must inform us immediately: info@echoyoga.com

  • Please ensure the details provided at the time of booking are correct, as errors may prevent ticket delivery or cause issues at the event.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your ticket.

  • We accept payment via the website.

  • If payment is not received within 21 days, your booking will be automatically canceled.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by Echo Yoga & Sound. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be offered either a full refund or an option to attend the rescheduled event.

  • Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, you may request a refund within 21 days of the rescheduled event announcement.

  • Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us of the transfer in advance by contacting info@echoyoga.com with the name and details of the new attendee.

  • No Refunds for No-Shows: If you do not attend the event without prior notification, no refund will be issued. Event spaces main doors are locked at the time of the event, due to the nature of the event all attendees must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of the event. Anyone arriving after this time tickets are not refundable.

4. Changes to the Event

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the event. We will inform all ticket holders of any significant changes as soon as possible.

  • In case of an unavoidable change, tickets will still be valid for the new event or changes unless we notify you otherwise.

5. Late Arrivals and Admission

  • Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the event start time. Event spaces main doors are locked at the time of the event, due to the nature of the event all attendees must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of the event. Anyone arriving after this time, their tickets are not refundable. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone who arrives after the event has started. Please plan accordingly to ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.

6. Ticket Transfer and Scalping

  • Tickets are for personal use and should not be sold or transferred.

  • Unauthorised resale or transfer of tickets may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

7. Access and Accommodation

  • If you require special accommodations or assistance during the event (e.g., wheelchair access, hearing assistance), please inform us at least 2 days before the event by contacting info@echoyoga.com

  • All ticket holders must adhere to any health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols and have read the T&C’s.

  • We ask that you do not attend an event if you are sick, not only to ensure all attending can be healthy and safe, but coughing during a Soundbath can be detrimental to the whole group.

8. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all attendees to behave in a respectful and considerate manner during the event.

  • Any disruptive behavior, including harassment or excessive noise, may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

9. Liability

  • Echo Yoga & Sound is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

  • We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred if the event is canceled, rescheduled, or you are unable to attend for any reason.

PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS

 

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made directly with Josephine at Echo Yoga And Sound.

  • Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review it carefully.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@echoyoga.com to ensure your booking is secured.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the scheduled service if booked after this time period, a payment in full will be issued.

  • We accept payments via the website booking system, or direct debit transfer.

  • If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 70 days or more in advance will receive a full refund, minus any booking fees.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled service will result in a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 40 days before the scheduled service.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 40 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled service without prior notice, a 20% charge will be applied.

  • We may also reserve the right to cancel any future bookings for no-shows.

5. Arrivals & Location

  • Please arrive on time for your booking. If you are running late, kindly inform Josephine as soon as possible.

  • If Josephine is attending your venue, you must provide details in regards to the location and set up.

6. Changes to Your Booking

  • Any changes to your booking (e.g., date, time, number of people, etc.) must be made at least 40 days in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.

7. Group Bookings

  • For group bookings, a minimum 2 number of people is required to confirm the reservation.

  • Group bookings may be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as [extra charges, deposits, etc.].

8. Liability

  • Echo Yoga & Sound is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the service.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, extreme weather, or other emergencies.

9. Privacy Policy

  • All personal information provided during the booking process will be handled according to our privacy policy [please view policy page on the website].

PRIVATE 1-2-1 BOOKINGS AND SOUND HEALINGS​

1. Booking Process

  • All 1-2-1 sessions must be booked in advance via the website.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your session. Please review this information to ensure everything is correct.

  • If you do not receive this email with 24 hours, please get in touch with us immediately.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required before the time of booking to secure your 1-2-1 session.

  • We accept payments via the website.

  • If payment is not received within 5 working days, your booking will be cancelled automatically.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund, minus a booking fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Please note that failure to show up for your 1-2-1 session without prior notice will result in the full charge of the session, with no refund or rescheduling option.

4. Late Arrivals

  • We value your time and aim to provide you with the best possible experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of Josephine at Echo Yoga And Sound. No refund will be issued in case of shortened sessions due to late arrival.

5. Session Duration

  • Each 1-2-1 session lasts for the time listed on your booking.  Please ensure you are available for the full duration of your session to receive the maximum benefit.

  • If you are unable to attend your full session, you will still be charged the full rate.

6. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during your 1-2-1 session is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

  • We aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to discuss any personal matters during your session.

7. Health and Safety

  • If you have any health conditions or special requirements, please inform us prior to your session so we can provide the best possible service.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a session if we believe the client is unwell or poses a risk to the health and safety of others.

8. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully during the 1-2-1 session. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the session being terminated, and no refund will be given.

  • We maintain a professional environment and ask that clients do the same.

9. Refunds and Disputes

  • If you are not satisfied with your 1-2-1 session, please contact us within 21 days, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

  • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as a serious issue during the session or a failure to deliver the service as agreed.
