The Journey

Home

I believe that through accessible, profound and nurturing practices, we can come back to our inner light...

I hit a patch, which at the time felt like darkness, loss, confusion and the spark of joy had just gone.

I had practised yoga and meditation off and on with my family and mother, but it was dear friend who reminded me of the practice; 'Here, I have a spare mat, come along to class and you get the first session free'. I remember not having a clue what I was doing, wobbling, struggling to find my breath, glancing around to make sure I was doing it right. I had been a dancer all my life, but this was different.

I booked my trip to India.

I trained along the banks of the Ganga, in Rishikesh. Studying Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy, Ayurveda and Anatomy. It was a transformational time, not only physically but mentally challenging, old parts of myself got in the way, and eventually fell away to reveal more truth and insight.

I was still at the beginning of my learning, meditation was new but has since  developed into one of the most fundamental aspects of my journey as a student and teacher.

My spiritual timeline

Graduated with a Master's in Music and Theatre.

Mid-20's, found my way onto the mat after losing the spark of life and love.

Travelled the world singing and teaching Yoga.

Trained in Rishikesh, Yoga, Meditation, Philosophy.

Returned to London, completed my Yin Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga Training.

2017, Created Echo Yoga.

2020, Opened Echo Yoga Studio in Lancing, and then the world shut down: Global Pandemic.

During this time I experienced huge personal loss and grief, challenges I never know I would face. But from the darkness and the ashes came growth. I discovered Soundbaths.

Summer 2020, I started training and curating soundbath experiences.

I closed the studio and took my events, retreats and experiences across the whole of Sussex and the UK.

The business has evolved, and this year, I am building my UK retreat Centre to open in the Spring 2026.

I endured some huge losses in 2019, not just with my studio but in my personal life. Facing grief, like I'd never known, soundbaths became more of a regular practice for me. Having attended my first in 2018, I was now completely obsessed. When I entered into that space of meditation with sound, It felt like the only thing that brought me total support, relief and healing when carrying such loss and sadness. So I ventured into the world of sound healing. starting with small Tibetan bowls, then a crystal bowl set.

The more I find myself in alignment, I find connection. To my clients, my community and to myself. In an industry that can be really hard to navigate, I hope to be a voice of support, truth and genuine compassion. I feel such gratitude for being able to lead this life, of movement, sound and wonder. I really hope you'll feel like joining me...
