Echo Greek Retreat Waiver

Location

Location Irini Villas is located in the countryside. Access is via a tarmacked standard road that it used by most of the villages on the mountainside.  Due to Irini Villas being a rural property, there are many unusual and uneven surfaces if you stray from the main paths of the retreat space or into the countryside.  Paths may become slippery when wet. This retreat space is on the side of the mountain, it is a natural area with insects which may bite or sting, we have previously mentioned mosquito repellent.   

 

Food

The food offered whilst you are participating in this retreat is strictly vegetarian and vegan, prepared and cooked in the Irini villas family kitchen.  We understand and respect personal food allergies and intolerances, if you have any please share these with the retreat host in advance of the start of the retreat, so we can adjust our food plan accordingly.  

 

Swimming

If you choose to use the swimming pool you do so entirely at your own risk, there are no lifeguards on site.  

 

Personal possessions

You will be given your own personal key to your villa. It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times. This includes hire cars or other hired equipment.  

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to buy insurance we require that your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. You should bring the policy with you in case of an emergency.  

 

I understand and agree to these terms and conditions and I hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now or in the future. I release from liability Irini Villas and Echo Yoga And Sound and any employees, guides, agents or representatives for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss or any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the retreat. I release from liability Echo Yoga and Sound for any cause whatsoever including those arising out of, or in any way connected to or occasioned by the negligence of the releases.
