THE EVENING SANCTUARY
An evening to slow down, soften and come back to yourself
Sometimes we need more than an hour to truly switch off.
The Evening Sanctuary is a longer, more immersive evening at Echo — a carefully held space to step away from the noise and busyness of everyday life and give yourself time to simply be.
Over 2–3 hours, we’ll move gently through a blend of breathwork, guided meditation, immersive sound, journalling, ritual and aromatherapy, creating space to settle the body, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.
There’s no experience needed and nothing you need to prepare for. Everything is gently guided, with plenty of time to rest, reflect and simply receive.
