About the event
In July we soften and take rest, in a sacred space that has such wonderful energy. This sound retreat has space for 12 only. Pre-booking is essential.
The Chichester City Arts Centre was reinvented by a brilliant local dance teacher, her ability to make this space available for us all is a blessing. This space will hold us in a circle, to meditate, breathe, share tea, draw cards and journey together through an extended soundbath.
Let the sound of bowls, gongs and bells ring through you, bringing you to a place of deep calm and clarity.
