About the event
A quiet, candlelit soundbath to help you unwind and glow from within.
Held as the light fades, this 75-minute session invites you to settle into stillness, let go of tension, and sink into healing vibration. You’ll be guided gently into rest with breath and awareness, then bathed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, deep gongs, voice, chimes and soft ambient sound.
