These special events feature a variety of wonderful practices, Yin yoga, Hatha Yoga, Poetry, voice, meditation, Yoga nidra, extended soundbaths, cards, aromatherapy and tea.
Each session is built around the energy of the time, the changing cycles of the seasons and Radical Compassion.
Josephine uses Tibetan Bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs, Voice, Drum, Crystal Harp, Tuning Forks, Monolina and chimes.
In these bespoke and reflective retreats, we harness the energy of the season and time to cultivate self-awareness, self-knowledge, acceptance and compassion.
