Held in the light and airy studio, you will choose from a range of practices to suit your needs, these can include: * Meditation * Visualisation * Yoga Nidra(guided meditation) * yoga(Hatha, Yin, Flow, Somatic) * Breathwork. * Journalling. * Immersive Soundbath The session will also include: Bespoke Blended Aromatherapy, Greek Organic Sage, authentic hammered Tibetan Bowls(on and off the body), Purifying Crystal Bowls, 42" Powerful Wind Gong, Magical Chimes, Ancestral Drum, Monolina, Voice, Crystal Harp, 432hz Tuning Fork and Crystal Bars* *Variety and choice of instrument depends on the day and what you need in order to get the best from your session. Your Session will look like: Arrival and Welcome. Time to talk: energetic and emotional check-in and set an intention Event in the studio Time to check in and reconnect after your session

Before Your Session – Please Read Carefully 1️⃣ Complete the Pre-Event Booking Form This is essential for attendance and only takes a minute to complete: 👉 https://www.echoyogaandsound.com/healthbookingform 2️⃣ Check Your Booking Confirmation Please review your booking email to confirm your session’s date and time. 📍 LOCATION ECHO HOME STUDIO & HAYLOFT HEALING SPACE Address: 19 Biscay Close, BN17 6SW 🚗 GETTING HERE * Free parking is available on the road outside, preferable please park in Longships Road. * Please walk up the drive to the RIGHT of the house, you’ll see a Echo Sign on the green side gate, Josephine will be waiting to greet you. 🌿 WHAT TO BRING * Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers for relaxation. * Everything else is provided: thick floor mattress, blankets, bolster, pillows, and eye mask. * Water, aromatherapy, and time for reflection are included. 🕊️ THE SESSION The session is held in Josephine’s home studio at Echo.
