I attend Josephine's weekly Zoom classes. It is the highlight of the week! Josephine works through all the asanas thoughtfully and thoroughly, her dancer's background is evident in the very pleasing way that she links the postures and movements together throughout the class. Her warm and friendly personality makes it a real delight to spend an hour with her. She often shares profound thoughts with us- there is always something uplifting and thoughtful to take away from her class. A really delightful and worthwhile way to move into the weekend
