Josephine is an excellent yoga teacher, beautifully flowing classes with great support, and always a warm welcome. Each class is very thoughtfully put together and professionally executed. Josephine has a masterful grip of the true original Indian yoga, with a broad knowledge of the Sanskrit names and the purposes of the poses. She will always make sure that each person in the class is well supported and kept safe if they are suffering from any injuries. I have been doing yoga for 50 years and have had many teachers but she is definitely my favourite.
