As the days grow shorter and the nights stretch long, winter invites us to turn inward. This extended soundbath is a sanctuary of warmth and peace — a place to pause, reflect, and gently tend to your inner world.
Guided meditation, aromatic scents, and the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and healing instruments will cocoon you in sound, encouraging deep rest and emotional renewal. The quiet wisdom of the season will hold you as you release what no longer serves and reconnect with your own light within the darkness.
We’ll share tea, nibbles, and gentle conversation afterwards, giving you time to ground and nurture yourself before stepping back into the stillness of the winter night.
