These special events feature a variety of wonderful practices, Yin yoga, Hatha Yoga, Poetry, voice, meditation, Yoga nidra, extended soundbaths, cards, aromatherapy and tea.
Each session is built around the energy of the time, the changing cycles of the seasons and Radical Compassion.
Josephine uses Tibetan Bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs, Voice, Drum, Crystal Harp, Tuning Forks, Monolina and chimes.
I have to say every single session is incredible. Josephine's ability to hold space, read the energy in the room and use her incredible gift for sound to facilitate healing and calm is mind-blowing
