Keeping Echo Thriving.

Updated: Feb 25, 2021

Hello Yogis,

Well what a year it has been.

I have had to navigate the pandemic, create an online platform and get used to seeing your lovely faces over Zoom!

We are now at another crossroads, in order to move forwards with more stability some big decision have been made. This will allow Echo Yoga to remain open and not only that, but thriving.

Here’s what's happening.

  • I have decided to move forwards as a bespoke yoga space tailored to your needs and move away from the larger ‘studio’ concept. I will be the main teacher with Nikki as my brilliant fellow teacher. It has been such a difficult decision but I've had to let the other wonderful teachers go. I wanted to take the time to express how grateful I am to have had them as part of the Echo team. I'm sure many of you will miss them, as will I, but here's to hoping that further down the line we might be able to bring them back as and when we can.

  • The timetable will remain the same more or less, but there might be some changes(taking place on the dates listed below).

  • The timetable will remain the same until MARCH 28TH.

  • from the 29th March-6th April I wo

  • ’t be running any classes, this time will be to facilitate the refurbishments in the studio and changes taking place. You can pick from one of the 160 videos on our database online to see you through the week and keep you practicing.

  • from APRIL 6th The new timetable will run on Zoom until I am are given the green light to open.

OPENING: At the moment, it seems the predicted dates for private in-person classes is 12/04/2021, and indoor group classes may resume on 17/05/2021. This may be subject to change and does depend on further clarification from the government.
  • There will be constant updates and changes made on the website as we rework things, should your membership be affected I'll be contacting you directly.

  • Please keep checking in as things evolve over the next month, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

  • To facilitate more space for mats, the reception area has been removed. There will still be space to take off your shoes, hang your coat and store your bags. I will be installing warm, heavy curtains that will cocoon you in the tranquil space at Echo. This will help to block out sound and regulate the temperature.

  • Booking online will continue to be simple and easy.

  • The Backroom has had a facelift! You'll be able to lock your belongings away and grab whichever props you need from the newly organised storage.

We will be running even more wonderful Sound-baths and events, helping you to work even deeper into your practice, to heal, grow, learn and generally feel wonderful.

I am feeling hopeful for a bright future at Echo, our community is strong and I really can't wait to see you all in person.

See you on the mat!
